Meet Our Staff
Katie Tipple3K TeacherI grew up in the Rice Lake area and have always loved working with kids. I have worked at multiple daycares and preschools around the area and enjoy being able to teach little minds, helping them grow in every aspect. The best part about teaching children is seeing life through their eyes, and the love and smiles they bring with them every day!

Caiden JohnsonDirector and 4K TeacherI grew up in the Rice Lake area where I attended college, earning my associate degree in Early Childhood Education. I have previously taught at Chetek Kids Club and was the aide for the Rice Lake Montessori School. Through my years of experience, I quickly learned that I belonged in the early childhood education field. I strive to provide the children that come into my classroom with opportunities to grow socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively, spiritually. All while keeping in mind the developmental, individual, and cultural uniqueness of each child. Together we will build a love for learning!

Deb Campbell
Afterschool Daycare Teacher
My name is Deb Campbell. I have 3 adult daughters, 1 grandson who will be 7yrs., two 3yr. Old granddaughters and my youngest granddaughter just turned 1yr old. I love spending time with them, it’s my favorite thing! When I'm not spending time with my family, you will find me at Tainter Elementary. I am a classroom, lunchroom and playground aide and have been there for 26 years this year. I’ve worked with children my entire life. I began babysitting at 11 years old and had my own in- home daycare when my girls were growing up. I’ve also worked at three other daycare facilities before finding my new home at Kids at First. I’ve always said kids are my business and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Our Students
Our Purpose
With God's love and guidance, our program will
"plant the seed" in young family members of
our community by providing a Christian-based preschool and

spiritual, emotional, physical, social and cognitive growth.
We welcome all students with open arms.
